Nick Boschetto spent over two decades as General Manager of a large indoor sports facility in New England — managing logistics, staff, scheduling, vendor relationships, and daily operations at scale. He built programs from the ground up, grew revenue year over year, and learned what it actually takes to keep a business running when everything is pulling at you at once. He didn’t come from a tech background. He came from the floor.
About three years ago, Nick started working with AI — and he didn’t just explore it. He built, tested, and implemented AI systems inside his own businesses. Not on clients first. On himself.
